About Us
Burnett Demolition & Salvage Co., Inc. is located at 1220 Prosser Road in Knoxville.
From this location, BD&S serves clients throughout East Tennessee.
For more than four decades, BD&S has torn down hundreds of buildings for hundreds of clients. These have ranged from small, single-family homes to commercial buildings of hundreds of thousands of square feet.
A Burnett advantage is the multiple ways in which we can lower costs to our clients. Unlike many demolition companies, we own our own equipment and trucks. Extra equipment is not required unless we are dealinged with a special project. Owning our own equipment makes jobs less expensive for clients.
We are of course licensed and insured. We are bonded if the job is large enough or if the owner requests it.
Our employees are experienced, skilled and can be counted on to do the job correctly.
